What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods. Payments accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Stripe.

My item is broken or defective, what do I do?

Should any goods arrive defective or faulty, please read our returns and refunds polices for further information. These can be found here:

Do you store payment information?

We do not store any personal payment information other than the payment gateway providers transaction ID. This transaction ID allows us to confirm that a payment was successful or not. We do not hold any personal credit card information within our database.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, at the account page select “forgot your password?”

You will receive an email with instructions on how your password can be reset. 

We recommend you change your password occasionally. To achieve this, logon to your account and select Account Details. From here you can update your password.

I Have a Question About my Order

Can I edit an order once placed?

Unfortunately It is not possible to edit an order once your order has been submitted as all orders are associated to your transaction. This ensures should a refund or return be necessary, the processing of these are not delayed.

What delivery options are available?

Can I cancel my order?

All customers have the right to cancel an order. When an order is placed, the order goes through a processing stage. Once this processing stage has completed, the order status changes to completed. 

You will receive a notification emails along the journey of your order, from processing, to completed to dispatched. One your order has been dispatched, if you still wish to cancel your order, you must refer to our returns and refunds policies. 

If your order has not been dispatched however it has completed, you must refer to our refunds policy.  

Can my order be delivered to a different address

During the checkout, you are able to enter a different delivery address to the billing address and have your order delivered to an address of your choice.

Do you store payment information?

Data from payments are not stored on our servers. All payment data is only transferred by the payment gateway providers.

My item has not been delivered, what now?

If you have not received your order, please check the courier website and enter the tracking code that you will have been provided with via email. If the courier tracking system advises that your order has been delivered and you have not received your item, please send us a message. You can reach out to us through our contact form, available here

Please advise of your order number when contacting us, we will be able to investigate faster when your order number has been supplied on your initial contact.

How can I see the orders I placed?

In order to view all your orders, select the Account option. From here you will be able to view all orders placed and update your information.

Why can I not see my order?

If you are unable to see your order after logging in to your account, the likely reason is during the checkout process you chose to checkout as a guest. You can always send us a message and we can associate your account to your order. Once we have associated your order to your account, when you log on to your account, you will see all the relevant information regarding your order. See how to contact us here
